Kumeu Valley Estate, Kumeu

This wedding just felt right. Rustic elegance, french inspired oh-so-goodness at the ever lovely Kumeu Valley Estate.

Sandi carried a hand tied posy of red peonies, roses and berry with a collar of babies breath. The lovely ladies had bouquets of white peonies, roses and berries. All were bound with twine. Sandi's bouquet featured a rosary and the girls each had vintage typewriter initial charms wired to their bouquets which they kept as gifts to remember the day.

The ceremony featured a fluffy babies breath garland with a floral heart and floral initials of the bride and groom. A French country cross with flowers decorated the alter. We laid an aisle of black carpet and lined it with tall flower stands, topped with babies breath balls.

For the party, we used more floral stands with babies breath balls on the table for height, each sitting on vintage silver trays with mercury votives. On every other table we had a vintage silver candelabra with crystal drops for that touch of glamour.

Guests received little cotton bags with Sandi & Dan's monogram filled with different herb seeds as a favour.
